What are your standard turnaround times?

Our standard turnaround times are 7-10 working days for decorated garments. We quote 3-5 days for PPE with a large selection of stocked PPE items available next day.

Do you decorate the workwear in-house?

Yes, we have in-house embroidery and print facilities with experts to guide you through the logo/decoration process that best suits both the garments and the style of decoration required. This helps speed up the process of getting garments out to you and also allows us to quality check all finished garments.

Do you have an online ordering platform?

Yes, we have our SMART online ordering system which will streamline your workwear procurement, help you to stay in control of budgets and remain compliant. SMART allows for multiple users at different access levels to order workwear and PPE in bulk or for individual employees via a manpack facility. SMART offers a simple solution to many frustrations relating to workwear and PPE procurement with the addition of a clear and detailed reports at the touch of a button.

Do you offer any help with sizing sessions?

Yes, for companies who are looking to kit out 100+ employees. Following a workwear consultation we will visit your site with a full size set of pre-agreed uniform. To your employees, we will emphasize the importance of trying the uniform on, this results in zero returns and gets our B2B relationship off to a great start!

What is a ‘Manpack’?

Our SMART online ordering system allows you to order uniforms for individual employees. These orders will be delivered individually packed with an information sticker on the pack including the employees name, department and uniform quantities. Manpacks save a huge amount of time when distributing workwear and reduces the requirement for holding large quantities of stock.

Will I have an internal contact at Industrial Workwear?

All account customers will have an experienced internal account manager who will be in regular contact to ensure the smooth running of the day to day management of your account. They can also offer suggestions on various items of Workwear & PPE and be readily available to answer any questions taking the stress out of your workwear procurement.

Do you offer Health & Safety Surveys?

Yes, we can offer surveys on gloves, eyewear and safety footwear to determine what best suits the needs of your company, giving you an audit trail and keeping you compliant.
