Professional tips for choosing the best size

• Think about your working role and ensure that you can stretch and bend in the size you choose
• Don’t choose a smaller size on the basis you will lose weight – tight garments are uncomfortable and do not last
• Over large garments can be a safety hazard if they drag on the floor or catch on obstacles
• Ask someone else to measure you if necessary and ensure that you stand up straight
• Always try the garments on first where possible as every brand has different sizes.
